Our CBCB team contributes enormously to the success of our tireless work in the community by performing superb customer service; they all go to great lengths to assist the public, media, law enforcement and of course businesses when they need help. Every member of our team is a valuable asset to IntegrityCheck.org. Some of their key and core responsibilities include:
- Providing IntegrityReports in excess of over 775,000 per year
- Reviewing and updating company information
- Reviewing and updating charity information
- Meeting new CBCB Members to ensure we KNOW them
- Speaking engagements with high schools, colleges, universities and associations
- Dispute resolution services including Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration
- Media interviews to ensure the public is aware of scams and bad businesses
- Marketplace Investigations and Advertising Review to safeguard a trusting marketplace
